THE NEW BIRTH

The New Birth is not just a doctrine it is an experience. The Bible declares "YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN", and
explains in almost ever verse how to have this experience. Because we do not have the space or the time
to write a book, due to the vast numbers of scriptures and quotes concerning this subject. We will often
use the natural birth as a type of the spiritual birth to keep this article as small as possible.
The Conception
Before there is a nature birth there has to be a time of conception. Our spiritual conception and connection to God was
before the foundation of the world. God back in the eons of time consisted of both a masculine and feminine divine
natures. The masculine represents God-Himself, the feminine part of God represented
humanity that would later come into existence. God create Adam a spiritual man, like unto Himself
(one person with 2 spirits masculine and feminine). Adam was an amateur God. Later God made a flesh
man called Adam to till the soil. God imparted to His new already existing flesh man Adam the
masculine spirit from the spiritual man Adam, this made Adam a God in flesh. The feminine
spirit, of the spiritual man Adam stay in its heavenly place. Adam was made in flesh with 2 human spirits
like his unearthly spirit person. It was the feminine part of Adam's earthly flesh that produced the feminine
flesh woman Eve. Having just a earthly feminine spirit is what caused Eve to be subject to sin, for
she (earthly feminine spirit) was not apart of the original creation that come from heaven. Her spirit
came from the earth. Adam forfeited his Godly masculine when he fell with Eve. The Godly masculine returned
to the spirit man Adam. Then the flesh man Adam was like Eve unconnected from God. Those Godly natures
of the spirit man Adam came to earth when Christ Jesus came as the second Adam. Jesus was the fullness
of God in flesh, not a part of God like Adam of the garden of Eden. Christ embodied the masculine and
feminine spirit of God. At Calvary, Jesus was put to sleep and from His side came forth the second Eve.
The second Adam (Jesus) has been watching over His earthly bride (us, the second Eve) making certain that,
as we are born of the flesh down through time we also receive the feminine part from Christ by the new
birth experience. This is why the born again experience has to happen to the predestinated, to become, or
redeemed, that we might be join again to the Body of Christ.
The Birth of the Woman Part 1
The presence of a pregnant woman is all that is necessary for a birth. What this means is, there has to
be a birth of the age, a woman borne first (women represents the church). The birth of the age comes when
the traditional church gets into a spiritual mess. What cause this condition is, God sent a message to throws
the church into birth pains (sweat, pain, and tears like a birth) to bring forth another spiritual dispensation.
Out of this chaos a new church is birthed. This is NOT the personal born again experience. It is the birth of
the woman (a dispensation). To me this travailing of the church is very important because many teach that the
age we live in produces the new birth. This woman is the move of God in a body of believers
on earth. You can not have a born again experience with-out soon acknowledging the move of God for the hour.
You can be born again from another dispensation while living in this dispensation (like an elderly believer),
but to get born again now, you must and will recognize the pain, and sacrifice, the efforts, and the travailing
of the saints that are on earth now as the timely hand of God for your life. Like Saint Paul said,
GALATIANS 4:19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you.
Paul is not speaking of the
personal new birth, he is speaking of the church/women begin born. The baby does not have birth pains
(travailing) only the woman. A baby came not be born again for it has nothing to be birth from, but the
old age has to be born anew.
We have listed a few scriptures and quotes next that are about the "birth of the age". We have placed
them here because understanding and correctly dividing the birth of the age from the personal new birth,
corrects the error that "The New Birth" and "The Baptism of
the Holy Ghost" are two different things (If you believe that the New Birth constitute
3 parts, justification, sanctification, and then the Holy Ghost, you have returned back into
previous church age teachings, that has been corrected by the prophet in the Church Age Book).
TITUS 3:5
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing
of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; (preaching of the gospel by the body of Christ,
a washing and a renewing)
ROMANS 8:15-16
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption,
whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children
of God (a witness of the Spirit outside of a person with the Holy Spirit with-in another person,
visa vira)
EPHESIANS 1:13
In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also
after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, ("after" is referring to
you accepting the past tenses move of God in the body of Christ to bring forth the women/church) whereby you
might recieve the Holy Ghost (the seal).
CHOOSING OF A BRIDE
...the World Council of Churches, which will produce to the world the antichrist through a denomination.
That's exactly the truth. I may not live to see it. I believe I will. But you young people remember that
you heard a minister say that, that it'll finally wind up that that is the mark of the Beast. When she
forms that World Council of Churches, and she'll give birth to her son the antichrist. The other is pregnated
by the Word of God and will bring forth the Body, the finished Body of Jesus Christ, which is the Bride.
(a women that was already birthed, grown, married, and even pregnated, which consist of individuals
who make up a group which believes the message of the hour)
SPOKEN WORD ORIGINAL SEED
Now, there has been three different kinds of seeds planted: A denominational: Billy Graham; he was a head
planter. Oral Roberts for the Pentecostal... Pentecostal seed's been planted. (I'm talking about organization
now.) And then the Word's been planted, (there has been a intimate spiritual affair between Christ
and His church body that has produced the atmosphere for an individual new birth).
The Birth of the Woman Part 2
Is the New Birth the same thing as receiving the Holy Ghost? Absolutely yes, the correct understanding is
simple. The natural birth does not give the baby life. It is the breath that gives the baby life. Babies are
born dead. God does not have abnormal births, so when the spiritual baby is birthed, it WILL catch it breathe,
at the time it is birthed. The Breath is the Holy Ghost. The New Birth and the Holy Ghost is the same event,
or thing. People who take Brother Branham quotes (I've read them all?) to support this error lacks the full
revelation on the subject. We could fill a book on quotes from both side of this issue. But the answer is
simple; God does not have still born children. After you have received the deity of God in a new-birth
experience there are no more conditions required. The baby does not feed itself or do anything for itself.
God takes care of everything that is needed. We believe inside every born again Christian is everything
needed for their Christian walk. And that we do not have to manufactory anything. The adoption ceremony
is not the working of the child trying to get adopted, but the move of God the Father placing individuals
into His service (a job for them to do while here on earth). Why many fail to see this is because, Brother
Branham like Saint Paul was taking this event apart to get the people to see that the move of God for the hour
(age/woman) is absolutely necessary to recognize the personal born again experience. This has happen in all
previous ages. In each age believers got the new birth experience according to measure of the spirit of the age during
their time. Understanding the birth of the age brings us to the full and correct revelation of what the
personal new birth is. We must be careful NOT to make the personal new birth a dispensation revelation.
For in doing so we will excommunicate many believers especially those in foreign missions who do not
understand the message. However the most important thing is, truth is Truth, and quotes must match
quotes, scriptures must meet scriptures. Understanding the birth of the age weaves ALL the Word and ALL
the quotes together. It is the Truth. Scriptures and the quotes for just the age can be use to expound upon the
personal new birth and vise vira, because scriptures have compound meanings. Nevertheless, the full
understanding makes the Word more real.
We will look next at the personal new birth. We will write several different approaches to the new birth
subject. The first angle is about the SOUL. The next is about the SEED. The next is about the THOUGHTS
OF GOD. In the last paragraphs we will try to tie the angles together.
The Soul
A soul is a nature. Your soul is the nature of your spirit. We can not have 2 souls at one time no more
that we can have 2 spirits (the 1964 quote, I will explain below). The new birth happens when; you get
your sinful nature on your spirit to agree to die. This change of human thinking is a supernaturally event
beyond human abilities. Once the first nature dies, we then, have to have another nature on our spirit to
remain a human being (body, soul, and spirit). That new nature on our spirit produces a new creation in our
body. II CORINTHIANS 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are
passed away; behold, all things are become new. The first nature of your spirit has to die. SOULS
IN PRISON NOW , Now, it wasn't that your body died. It wasn't your spirit died. It was the nature of
your spirit died. Brother Branham explained many times that the soul is the nature of your spirit.
The only nature a soul has apart from the spirit is the predestined choice to choose or reject the gospel. Other then
that choice, the souls in unionized with the spirit and body of a man. KNOWETH IT NOT Now, to the last man,
which is the soul. There's only one sense that controls that, and that is, free moral agency, free will,
to choose or to reject. To believe a soul can change outside of replacement is to believe the devil can change. Our first
sinful soul (nature) on our human spirit did not change, it die. This new soul accepts the Word and
the Word produces God's Spirit in our human spirit. Like Adam in the beginning. Adam had two masculine
spirits, spiritual and earthly, like our soul and spirit is now. To be a human being you are 3 in one, body, soul and spirit. When the nature/soul
of our spirit changes we are a new creation. Correctly said, the new nature came and your
spirit and even your body was changed also.
The Seed (attribute / gene)
A baby is created from a seed germ. To get the mentioned above new spirit/body we have to have representation of predestination
in our life. Every earthly baby borne was in its father as a seed before conception. Matter of fact, they
were in the grandparents all the way back to Adam. Even the future grandchildren of that baby' are in a babies
at birth. The natural seed is the natural life line that God controls to get His chosen on earth at the
right time. The spiritual seed is the spiritual life line. The spiritual life line is the pre-chosen children
of God. That spiritual gene came to us at our earthly birth. That part of you
is not born on any certain day. Actually that seed is not born again, your spirit is the one that is born anew.
That seed is just waiting to be manifested in your born again spirit. The real gift of God is that seed.
I PETER 1:23
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth
for ever.
I JOHN 3:9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he
is born of God.
THINGS THAT ARE TO BE
"I got the baptism of the Holy Spirit." That still has nothing to do with it. That's just only a temporal
gift for you. The real gift is your soul down in there (See?) that was borned of God, and that controls the
whole thing to the Word of God and the will of God; and there you grow up.
FUTURE HOME
You wasn't saved on any day. You was always saved. Amen. Jesus just come to redeem that, but you was saved
from the beginning, because you had Eternal Life to begin with.
God's Thoughts Part 1
God's thoughts about you is the manifestation
of the
past (and future) in the presence. We do not have 2 souls or 2 seeds in us at any time, but we do have
God's thought.
VOICE OF THE SIGN There was a seed laying there, a predestinated
seed that was in the--is God's thought before the foundation of the world We realize Brother Branham
spoke many times on the seed laying there waiting for the light to strike it. How true that is, for those
thoughts of you have been waiting since the foundation of the world for you. When you were born on earth
God's thoughts came to you and began to influence your earthly thoughts. His thoughts of you were with you
influencing your body even as a sinner, or your first nature would never have allow you to come to Christ. God's
thoughts are not a thing of the past, they are present, even coming to pass as He thinks now.
God's Thoughts Part 2
(Our desire is to not study individual quotes line by line. We try to insert quotes only to support summarizing
paragraphs. However now, we will study several individual quotes. Because, they are use by many to support
incorrect teachings.)
Notice how Brother Branham used the word """body""" (human flesh not the human spirit) in this COMMUNION message
(Brother Branham's last words on this subject). Like in the book here, and the spot there we was
talking about the--the two Books being one, the Book of Life. The first Book of life coming up, was when
you were born, that was your natural birth. See? But then one time, way back down in there, there was a
little grain of Life as I've explained to some of the young sisters at the house this afternoon. See,
there's a little grain of Life laying there which you'd wonder, "Where did It come from? What--what these
strange things?" I was saying this, taking for myself, like you was going to say, "William Branham, well,
forty years ago, the William Branham, this and the same one tonight." And somebody back there would say,
"We're, very... He was a rank rascal." See? Because I was born of Charles and Ella Branham. In their nature
I was a sinner; I came to the world, a liar, and all the habits of the world laid right in me. But down in
there too, was another nature present (See?), predestinated, was in there by God. In this same body (See?)
two natures in there. (your sin-full first nature thoughts and the holy thoughts of God working in your body)
Well, I only catered to one. As it growed, I gooed as a baby, "Da-da." First thing you know, I become
a liar, become everything else that's a sinner, because I raised up that way. But down in there was a little
speck of Life all the time. There was another nature influencing your body, which was God. It was
NOT from your sinful nature for it was contrary to God. The continuing next two quotes Brother Branham
explains how that seed dwelled in our bodies. COMMUNION I used to remember as a little boy...
(I hope I'm not holding you too long. But knowing...) Setting out in the--on--on the creek bank, and I'd
set there and look around at nighttime. Pop and mom, they're gone on now to their rest. And them days they
were sinners; there was no Christianity in our homes at all. And, oh, my, drinking, and parties, and carrying
on; it made me sick. I'd take my--my lantern and my dog and go to the woods to stay all night. In the
wintertime I'd hunt till the party was over, maybe daylight in the morning. Come home, wouldn't be over,
I've laid on top of a shed and sleep, waiting for daylight to break. Then I'd think of how that times, then
being out there in the summertime, get my sticks and put them down for a little windbreak, where if it rained;
lay there and have the poles sticking in the water, fishing; my old coon dog laying there, I'd say,
"Looky here. You know, last winter I camped right here one night; I built a fire right here when I was
waiting for my old dog here to tree, and I had a fire here. It was froze five inches deep in the ground.
That little flower, where did you come from? See? Where--where--where'd you come from? Who come out here
and planted you? And what hothouse did they bring you out of? Or--or what about it, where'd you come from?"
See? That little flower, I'd say, "Why, it was froze, and everything, and I built a fire on top here. Besides
the freezing element, there was a heat element laying here on a big old log where I burned here. And yet
here you are; you're alive. Where'd you come from?" What was it? There was another William Branham. See? A
little spot of Eternal Life down there, from the--the--the genes of God, the Word of God that was placed in
there. Each one of you can think of similar things. See? It was working. Then I looked up to the trees and
I'd think, "Leaf, I seen you fall off last year, and what are you back there again? Where'd you come from?
What brought you here?" See? It was that Eternal Life working in the body. We believe that """body"""
Brother Branham was speaking of was his flesh. Not the old soul, not the spirit, but working in the 5
senses of the flesh. So it was NOT another nature laying dorm in another nature. It was God's thoughts,
or the life of God which was apart of your predestinated earthy sinner's life. Now, then one day
as I walked on, that Voice talking, "Don't never smoke, drink, so forth." And the young fellows and all,
I got older. See, there was Something moving. But yet all at once I looked up, and I said, "I'm not the
son of Charles and Ella Branham. There's Something calling." Like my little eagle, "I'm not a chicken.
There's Something up yonder, somewhere. O great Jehovah, Whoever You are, open it up. I want to come home.
There's Something in me, calling." Then I was borned again. That little Life was laying there; the life
of water was poured upon It, then It begin to grow. Now, that old life was forgiven, put in the sea of
God's forgetfulness, to never be remembered against me no more. See? Now, we stand justified, as though
we never had sinned in the Presence of God. These are words to let us know God's nature was not
apart of a new soul trying to be born out of an old soul, or a new seed trying to be born out of an old seed,
but the spirit of God influencing our 5 bodily
senses even as sinners. Many claim they believe in only one soul. Yet when they speak about the new birth
they preach two souls.
Soul / Seed / Though
GOD WHO IS RICH IN MERCY when you're a little baby, born into the world, you could not have been here
without being the foreknowledge of God, because He is infinite and He knows all things. And when that little
baby is born into the world, there's something in that baby. If he's ever going to have Life, there's a
little something in there, in that child then, that he comes to sooner or later. That little seed is in him.
Now, if you've got Eternal Life tonight, if we have Eternal Life, then we always were, because there's only
one form of Eternal Life. We always were. And the reason we were, because we are a part of God. And God is
the only thing that's eternal. The seed is in the baby true, but the thoughts of God (which is that
seed) can not be confined to physical realms. Placing the thoughts of God into a fleshly heart is
correct, but to make a doctrine concerning a dorm physical Presence of the Divine nature of God waiting in a
sinful nature is a discredit to God. God is the Word / Logos / Pillar of Fire, etc. He is not confined in
any way, waiting for anything. In our way of thinking He could be waiting, but the reality is God is not
unattended or postponed in any way. We see, that the seed is the same as the thought of God and the new soul is
also the same as the thought of God. We can be personally born again ONLY because it is in God's thinking
that we will.
Closing
The soul, the seed, the gene, new creation, new nature, and the thoughts of God, etc, are all
different terminology about the same thing, which is, the characteristic of God express to you to bring you
to the new birth ( or help you realize what the new birth has already done for you). Also, the different
terminologies people used such as, Getting the
Holy Ghost, Receiving the Baptism, Displaying the Token, Changing of the Soul, Meeting the Pillar of
Fire, Getting a personal Revelation of Christ in you, etc, are also, or should be, all about this same
subject, which is, the life of God pressing upon you and then being born to live in you by the will of God.
JOHN 3:7-8
Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou
hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one
that is born of the Spirit. Explaining the new-birth is like trying to explain God, who can? And
infant baby could not explain his birth. Nevertheless, we know our lives have changed. As the song says,
"Thanks to Calvary I'm not the man I use to be"
As I mention in the first paragraph, we do not have the time or space to write a book, so we must stop.
I do believe we have covered the heart of the subject, which indeed, we trust, matches every quote of
